Her journey in the field began with a deep belief that workplace safety is not only about compliance, but about protecting human health, dignity, and well-being.

She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and is a certified Lead Auditor of ISO 45001. Over the years, she has demonstrated extensive expertise in implementing internationally recognized standards, including ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

Her genuine passion for OHS has driven her to conduct numerous virtual and in-person training sessions, focusing on practical applications and knowledge transfer. She has successfully supported the implementation of ISO 45001 across various private-sector organizations and provided high-level consulting services to private companies, public institutions, and NGOs, helping them align strategy, ensure compliance, and build a strong safety culture.
