How to login

  • To login on the portal, user has to click on the “Log in” button available on the home screen.

    • Enter User Name
    • Enter Password
    • Click on login

  • If you forget your APO eLearning account password, please click Forgot Password link below Password box.

    • User Registration

  • To register to the portal, user has to click on the Sign up button available on the home screen.

  • Fill the required field to register.

    • How to Enroll a Course

  • Click on the Courses link available on the page header section.

  • “Enroll” button for a course will be available on the following screens:
    Screen that displays detailed information of a particular course.

  • User will click on “Enroll Now” button to enroll a course.

    • Enrolled Course

  • My Course: My course section: This section will display the list of all courses enrolled by the logged in user. For each enrolled course, following details would be available:
    • Course title.
    • Course icon.
    • Course category.
    • Star this course.
    • “View Course” link to launch the course on LMS.

    Take Course

  • Click on View Course
    The course details will be displayed on the screen. List of all the available topics will be displayed to the user.

    • Get Certificate

  • User Dashboard has a section called “My Course” display all the enrolled courses. Following information will be displayed to the user:
    • Course Icon: Icon of the course.
    • Course Name: Name of the course.
    • Course Category: Name of the course category.
    • View course: To see Launch the completed course in LMS.

    Get Certificate for Completed Course

  • Click on “View Course”. It will launch the course on LMS
  • The course details will be displayed on the screen. List of all the available topics will be displayed to the user. The certificate download option will be available to the user once the passing %age applicable for the course is achieved. User can then download the certificate by clicking on the certificate link.

  • Click on course certificate to see summary of previously received certificates.
    To download certificate click on Get Your Certificate.
