Dr. Yingying Zhang Zhang has over 28 years of experience in management, both as a practitioner and an academic, with extensive international experience. She specializes in innovative approaches for management and productivity enhancements, particularly in highly dynamic environments such as disruptive innovation and emerging markets, to create sustainable value. Her research articles have been frequently published in internationally reputed journals like the Journal of Business Research, and her latest book, People Centric Innovation Ecosystem, was published by Cambridge University Press in 2023. She frequently gives presentations at international conferences and seminars.
Dr. Zhang Zhang is currently a Professor of Management at the Graduate School of International Management, International University of Japan (IUJ), where she also serves as the Director of the IUJ Research Institute. Before joining the IUJ, she was a faculty member at CUNEF (formerly attached to Complutense University of Madrid) in Spain. She has also been a visiting professor and scholar at universities such as Göttingen University (Germany), Harvard University (USA), Northeastern University (USA), Tec Monterrey University (Mexico), EAN University (Colombia), Rutgers University (USA), and Cranfield University (UK), among others.
Currently, she is the Deputy Secretary General at the International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management (IFSAM, 2022–present). She was honored as an AACSB 2024 Class of Influential Leader for her contributions to community and social impact through research.
