Eileen Tan Soon Choo heads the Technology Services unit of Technology Consulting RSM, which provides advisory, implementation, and managed services for IT infrastructure, IT security, ERP/CRM business solutions, and data analytics tools for clients across industries. As the Technology Head, she also leads the firm’s Business Continuity Planning Committee and is the appointed Data Protection Officer for the group.

She is also actively involved in digital consultancy work. She is the program director for IMDA’s Chief Technology Officer-as-a-Service program, a nationwide Go Digital initiative that provides digital advisory and project management support services to local SMEs.

A qualified accountant by training, Eileen leverages her accounting knowledge and backend business process expertise to help clients simplify workflows, digitalize with practical IT solutions, and manage their IT and digital transformation efforts. Her list of clients ranges from international firms to local and listed companies. Since 2013, she has also been overseeing a team that specializes in providing IT security-managed services to support key local telecom companies’ broad clientele base.

Prior to joining the firm, she was with the Accountant-General’s Department, handling financial work, budgeting, planning, and internal audits.
