Tim A. Mau (D.Phil., Oxford University) is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Guelph, Canada.In addition to teaching undergraduate and graduate courses on public management and administration and leadership, he has provided leadership training and development for senior public-sector officials in Canada and across Asia (for the Asian Productivity Organization).His research interests lie primarily in the area of public (administrative) leadership. He has published articles in Canadian and international journals and book chapters on a wide range of topics, including public-sector branding to enhance leadership capacity, the use of public-sector leadership competency models, the Canadian model of public-sector leadership, leadership in the Canadian military, and scandal and corruption.
