Dr. M. Jae Moon is currently Underwood Distinguished Professor of Public Policy and Management and Director of the Institute for Future Government at Yonsei University. He is a member of the Presidential Committee on Digital Platform Government, chair of the Digital Government Document Innovation Forum, and member of the External Advisory Group for Digital Technology for Development for the ADB. He has been an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA). He also cochairs the Organizing Committee for the Seoul Smart City Prize, which is jointly conferred by the World Smart Sustainable Cities Organization (WeGO) and Seoul Metropolitan City. He was selected as one of world’s 100 most influential people in digital government. Dr. Moon received the Order of Service Merit-Red Stripe from the Government of the ROK for his contributions to public-sector innovations.
