Dr. Ko is currently a Research Professor at the ASEAN Center, Asiatic Research Institute, Korea University. Since receiving her Ph.D. in finance from Korea University, she has taught finance and carried out research at institutions in Malaysia as well as in the ROK. She is the author of several books including 7UPs in Asia, ASEAN Super App War, and Future Growth Market ASEAN and published academic papers in the Journal of Banking & Finance and other international journals on equity offerings, payouts, corporate governance, family control succession, capital market development, and startup policies.
