Dr. Adrian Campbell completed his PhD in 1986 on the human aspects of technology in the mining industry and worked as a researcher on HR, leadership, and organization in Henley, London, and Aston Business Schools before joining the University of Birmingham School of Government, UK, in 1989. Over the next 20 years, he worked extensively as a trainer, researcher, and consultant on public-sector management, initially in the UK and then extensively in transitional economies. Since 2009, he has directed the Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) and the MPA in Human Resources, University of Birmingham School of Government UK.
