Lynn Johannson has over 30 years of experience in the business of environmental management. She has held positions in corporate, academic, and nongovernmental organizations. She has been an advocate for small businesses on environmental management since 1995, authoring several guides and developing innovative tools expressly for them. She has been involved as a writer of international standards since 1993 and served as a lead national negotiator on environmental management systems (EMS) for ISO 14001, ISO 14004, and other related standards. She was also a lead writer on an international standard for Green Finance, ISO 14100. As the world of business understands that a solid foundation in better environmental management, which Green Productivity enables, is necessary, her work serves as a bridge between EMS, the accounting profession, and the financial community. She was recognized by the RSA for her work and received numerous national and international awards, notably from Paul Stamets, a renowned mycologist and biomimicry expert.
