Takayuki Mori is Professor Emeritus, University of Marketing and Distribution Sciences, and an expert in logistics and transportation with 30 years of experience in an international shipping company and 16 years at the university. He is also an expert on food supply chains who has participated in the ASEAN/Japan Transportation Policy Meeting since 2017. He also participates in standardization “Cold Chain” of ISO as Head of the Japan Delegation of ISO/TC315. Professor Mori regularly visits ASEAN members such as Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, etc. for expanding cold chains in conjunction with activities under the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
