Mr. M. Joel Franklin Asaria, holds Master of Engineering degree in Energy Engineering with more than 20 years of work experience in Energy Management, Environment Management, Auditing & Renewable Energy field. Presently working as Deputy Director with National Productivity Council (under DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India), Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Productivity, Chennai.

He is certified Energy Auditor, Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Govt. of India and certified Project Management Professional, IPMA (D-Level). He has an OHSAS 18001 lead auditor certification. Co-author in the preparation of Energy Audit Manual and Refresher Guide Books for certified Energy Manager & Energy Auditors.

He has represented himself as a resource person in various National and International seminars, conferences, workshops and webinars.
