Consultant & Trainer in the National Productivity Organization of Malaysia – MPC

He has been serving the organization for more than 12 years in productivity and quality improvement programmes for both local and international. His expertise is teaching the industry particularly SMEs in the area of Operational Excellence. The main subjects of teaching including Quality Environment, Lean Management, Productivity Measurement and Innovative & Creative Circle (ICC).

As for the higher level, Mr. Idris has served as one of the Technical Expert of Asian Productivity Organization (APO) for the implementation of the Development of Productivity Practitioners (Advanced Programme) for the past 5 years. He also responsible in designing and developing modules for both in-house training and e-Learning Course on Productivity Measurement for such programme.
