Independent Professional – Consultant & Trainer in Productivity and Quality for Performance Excellence

With almost 25 years experience in productivity and quality improvement either as a trainer and consultant in the Philippines, other countries in Asia, and Africa, Ms. Estudillo has served as Technical Expert in the implementation of both local and international programs of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and ASEAN in line with the Development of Productivity Practitioners (DPP) since 2006. Her expertise was tapped to design the E-learning Course on DPP (Basic Program) currently implemented by APO.

Aside from serving as a regular member of the team of resource persons of the APO Course on Development of Productivity Practitioners (Basic Program) held annually in the Philippines, she has rendered APO assignments as Resource Person, i.e. to deliver learning sessions on topics and areas that are relevant to productivity and quality improvement in Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Iran, India, Fiji and the most recent one in Mauritius, West Africa with participants representing nine countries of the African continent.

Developed a passion and advocacy for building a culture of performance excellence through productivity and quality over the years while serving organizations from both public and private sectors in the institutionalization of various tools and approaches through training and consultancy services at the Philippines’ National Productivity Organization – Development Academy of the Philippines (NPO-DAP) where she spent more than 16 years Officer and Senior Technical Consultant and Trainer. Served as Director of the Institute of Productivity and Quality (IPQ) of DAP-NPO’s Graduate School and took the lead in designing and implementing the pilot run of the Master in Productivity and Quality Management (MPQM) which is an offshoot of the longest APO-running program on Development of Productivity Practitioners.

Expertise was tapped as Senior Technical Consultant/Structure and Design Specialist of the Australian Government funded program on Basic Education Sector Transformation (BEST) for the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines vis-à-vis Continuous Improvement (CI) and Business Process Improvement (BPrI) interventions under the Organizational Development (OD) component.
