More than 30 years of international academic leadership and development project experience in Southeast Asia. Served as Executive Director of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation-Center for Technology Exchange and Training for Small and Medium Enterprises. Expertise was engaged in development projects funded by the US Agency for International Development, Asian Development Bank, EU, UN Development Programme, and World Bank, among others. Provided professional expertise on projects supported by the following regional organizations on policy research and development in agribusiness, entrepreneurship, inclusive enterprises, and higher education: Asian Productivity Organization; Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation; ASEAN Foundation; Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Secretariat; SEAMEO-Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture; ASEAN University Network-Graduate Business and Economics Programs; Pacific-Asia Consortium on International Business Education and Research; and Association of Deans of Southeast Asian Graduate Schools of Management. Recipient of international fellowships, grants, and awards for teaching excellence, research, and outstanding academic achievement.
