Leadership and leaders’ capability in the public sector are important in ensuring inclusive, safe public services that reflect the diversity of the society they represent. Hence, if governments regard themselves as legitimate advocates of social equality, integrity, and inclusiveness, they must enhance leadership abilities across different layers of governance.This course will orient participants on the qualities and roles of inclusive leadership in the public sector, the determinants of inclusive leadership, and how to foster inclusiveness in public organizations.
